Company Overview Compagnie Hydrotechnique was founded in Nantes during the year 1985. François-Xavier Taillefer, founder and owner, had gained experience and expertise in watermakers during his five years at a small French specialized company in Antibes. Compagnie Hydrotechnique is an authorized Sea Recovery distributor for France and French speaking countries such as Monaco and Tahiti. Sea Recovery was founded in 1981 and delivers over a thousand reverse osmosis desalinators throughout the world per year. Compagnie Hydrotechnique's focus is to sell, service, and install watermakers for pleasure boats. We have the experience of more than two decades of association in the marine industry and have first-hand understanding of the conditions and requirements for an adventure on the sea. We have reverse osmosis desalinators that can be installed on boats ranging in size from 25 feet to mega yachts, cruise ships, and even some land-based resorts. Sea Recovery Aqua Matic, Aqua Mini, Aqua Whisper and Ultra Whisper watermakers provide a range of watermaking capacities from 644 to 6,814 litres per day. The other manufacturers we represent are Katalyn and Pur water purifiers.
